Shipping Policy
When you have completed your purchase on our website, we will ship the firearm(s) directly to the FFL Dealer of your choice. Please contact your local FFL to confirm they will process the transfer for you. If they are not in our FFL network, they must provide us with a copy of their FFL license.
Lone Star Guns And Ammo WILL NOT ship purchased firearm(s) until we have received a copy of the valid FFL for the dealer you have requested us to ship to.
It is your responsibility to read Lone Star GunsAndAmmo.com "Terms of Sales – Firearms and Ammunition" declaration.
It is your responsibility to ensure you are allowed to purchase a firearm in your state and local community. It is also your responsibility to ensure that the firearm(s) you purchase is/are legal to own in your state and local community.
Please make sure you inspect the contents of your shipment immediately upon receipt, before you begin transfer paperwork. We inspect all firearms for manufacturer's defects prior to shipment. Should damage occur during shipping, please report the damage immediately to the carrier. It is your responsibility to file any damage claims with the shipment carrier.
We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii and therefore cannot accept orders from those States. Sales are only valid in the continental USA.
